Security Attendant Pay:

Starting at $16.75/hour 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM We are looking for a dependable and professional Security Attendant to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at a local production facility. This position is responsible for checking employees in at the start of their shifts, monitoring building security, and assisting visitors and vendors as they arrive. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, observant, comfortable interacting with people, and able to remain professional in a busy manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Check employees in as they arrive for their scheduled shifts Check employee bags and personal belongings to ensure prohibited items are not brought into the facility Monitor security cameras and report any unusual or concerning activity Greet and assist visitors, vendors, employees, and other guests entering the facility Direct visitors and vendors to the appropriate person or area Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic assistance Communicate with team members using a two-way radio Receive mail and packages and route them to the appropriate location Follow facility security procedures and help maintain a safe and controlled entrance What We're Looking For Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings Ability to follow security procedures consistently Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and email skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and management Ability to remain calm and use good judgment when unexpected situations arise Strong work ethic and ability to work independently If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people while helping maintain a safe workplace, we'd love to hear from you!
