Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Retail worker in the Hub. As the Retail worker, assists the retail dining services operation. Works as partner with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Retail Manager, maintains retail sales and service activitiesMaintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keepingMaintains established food presentation standardsEnsures the servery and retail production area is always safe and sanitary; C.L.E.A.N.Works! program is followedMaintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfactionEnsures that all retail equipment works and is maintained properly, servery and office is organizedPerforms other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Retail foodservice experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
