Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed to ensure product availability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively. Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Experience in a grocery store environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to supervise or lead team members is a nice-to-have skill for potential growth opportunities.
