Pro Boxing Fitness is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our front desk team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable making phone calls, and can help with membership sales and daily gym operations. This position involves more than just checking members in. You'll play an important role in helping us grow our membership, following up with potential customers, and making sure our gym stays organized and welcoming. Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet members and visitors and assist with check-ins. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to membership inquiries. Provide information about boxing classes, gym memberships, pricing, and schedules. Schedule free trial classes for prospective members. Assist members with general questions and account needs. Membership Sales & Follow-Ups Make outgoing calls to potential members interested in our programs. Follow up with people who attended a free trial boxing class. Contact members regarding membership renewals. Follow up with past-due accounts and outstanding payments. Help convert inquiries and trial visitors into paying members. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Work toward membership sales goals. Gym Operations Keep the front desk, lobby, and reception areas clean and organized. Help maintain and complete the gym's daily cleaning checklist. Assist with general gym cleaning and organization as needed. Support management with administrative and day-to-day tasks. Social Media & Content Occasionally take photos and record short videos of boxing and fitness classes for our social media. Help capture gym activities, classes, and events for promotional content. No professional photography or video editing experience required. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude. Comfortable making outgoing phone calls and following up with customers. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Able to multitask and work independently. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Willing to assist with cleaning and general gym operations. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Interest in fitness or boxing is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits $15 an hour Additional commission on membership sales. Complimentary gym membership. Opportunity to earn additional income through sales performance. Schedule Part-time position. Evening and weekend availability preferred.
