Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to join our student-focused retail team. In this role, you'll guide customers in selecting band, orchestra, and other musical instruments, accessories, and lesson programs that fit their goals and budgets. You'll provide expert product knowledge, process rentals and sales, support repairs drop-off, and maintain attractive, organized displays. You'll help drive store revenue through consultative selling, outstanding customer service, and community outreach to schools. This role collaborates closely with lesson staff and educators, supports events, and upholds our friendly, inclusive, performance-oriented culture.
