WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships, and packages (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a

RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase membership sales and retail salesGreet visitors and provide an excellent customer experienceBook appointments in person, phone or textRepresent the salon and improve overall sales Contribute to group operations, such as inventoryMaintain a clean and inviting environmentAttend monthly employee meeting/training

REQUIRED SKILLS

1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.

Strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFull/part timeOpen availability to work weekends, mornings and evenings throughout the yearExperience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus!
