Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems, ensuring stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism. Provide technical advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to help customers make informed decisions. Maintain organized shelving, stocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the parts counter area to enhance customer experience. Utilize communication skills to explain product features, answer customer questions via phone or in person, and promote additional services or products. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales within an automotive dealership or parts store environment is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and inventory control efficiently. Experience with retail math, and cash handling procedures. Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and team members while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
