Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with questions and recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase overall sales. Maintain merchandise displays through effective merchandising strategies to attract customers. Stock shelves and ensure that products are organized and well-presented throughout the store. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store environment. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering functions is ideal. Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities within a team setting.
