Full Job Description Role Summary:

This position serves as a customer contact point, responsible for assisting with merchandise stocking, display building, and maintaining store presentation to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Key duties include unloading trucks, following processes to receive and store merchandise, building displays, rotating stock, and aiding customers in locating items. Additional responsibilities involve operating cash registers, processing transactions, restocking recovered items, cleaning store areas, and supporting store setup and maintenance. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and proper handling of merchandise and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of safety practices and store policies Ability to read plan-o-grams and follow merchandising guidelines Basic cash handling and mathematical skills Proficiency with cash register functions

Preferred Education & Conditions:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical ability for frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing Comfort in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise and occasional outside weather exposure
