We are expanding our team in Fort Wayne and are looking for a motivated Retail Team Lead who can help support daily customer engagement while developing and guiding team members. We are hiring a Retail Team Lead to support Frontier Retail initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can lead by example, communicate confidently with customers, and help teammates stay focused on daily objectives. You will remain involved in customer interactions while supporting team performance and maintaining a professional retail environment. What You'll Do as a Retail Team Lead Represent Frontier services professionally during retail customer interactions while creating a welcoming and positive experience. Engage customers, ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and explain relevant service options in a clear and approachable manner. Support team members with daily customer engagement and sales activities while helping maintain consistent service and performance standards. Reinforce company standards, established procedures, and customer service expectations to help ensure a professional and consistent customer experience. Assist with coaching and supporting teammates by sharing helpful feedback, answering questions, and encouraging strong customer engagement practices. Monitor daily team activities, track relevant information, and communicate important updates or observations to leadership. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and consistent performance while supporting overall team and business objectives. What We're Looking For in a Retail Team Lead Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous leadership, retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Confident ability to interact with customers and support team members. Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability. High school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.

Pay:

$800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
