Close the deal:

Confidently guide customers through the sales cycle, handling objections and processing transactions accurately to achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Conduct needs assessments and solution discovery to ensure customers receive the optimal AT&T product mix. Maintain an up-to-date, expert-level knowledge of all current AT&T promotions, technology updates, and policy changes. Participate actively in ongoing professional development and team sales strategy meetings. Accurately complete all necessary customer service and sales paperwork, ensuring compliance with AT&T and company standards.
