RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Enter orders; confirm receipt and pricing back to customers. Match bills to paperwork from the shipping department. Confirm pricing for previous days' orders/deliver to accounting. Maintain files for all customers and update as needed. Work in conjunction with Sales Representative to format weekly production run schedule and send to production coordinator; key orders; build truck sheet. Assist transportation clerk with logistical scheduling. Work with sales administrator to retrieve and process Sysco orders from SPOM and orders from EDI. Input data into multiple reports weekly. Check with outside freezers to see if weekly shipments are in order. Exhibit the highest possible level of customer service to all customers, visitors, and prospects. Be able to take on additional office tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Mathematical skills required. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
