Part-Time Liquor Store Associate - Nights & Weekends Drum Hill Liquors is looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly part-time employee to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends . This is a hands-on retail position that involves much more than operating a cash register. The right candidate will be willing to learn all aspects of the store, provide excellent customer service, and help keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Operating the POS/register accurately and responsibly Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner Providing helpful customer service and assisting customers in locating products Learning the layout of the store and where products are located Stocking and organizing beer, wine, spirits, and other merchandise Receiving, organizing, and working with inventory in the back room Keeping shelves, displays, coolers, and store areas neat and properly stocked Taking out trash and assisting with general cleaning and store upkeep Learning about beer, wine, and spirits in order to better assist customers Learning and properly handling lottery transactions and scratch tickets Supporting online orders, including DoorDash and Uber Eats orders Checking identification and properly verifying customers are of legal purchasing age Following all store policies and applicable alcohol sales regulations Communicating effectively with managers and other staff members Arriving on time and being dependable for all scheduled shifts Helping with other store duties as needed What we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn . You should be comfortable interacting with customers, working independently when necessary, and staying productive during your shift. Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is interested in learning. Applicants should be comfortable working on their feet, stocking merchandise, working in the back room, and lifting and moving cases of beer, wine, and liquor.

Availability:

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
