Job Description

Retail Sales Associate, Management Track (Full-Time) with a fast track to a retail management role for the right person We are seeking a highly self-directed, efficient individual who thrives working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally warm and professional, with outstanding organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative, accountability, and follow-through. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role that combines retail, operations, inventory management, and customer experience. We value individuals who are strategic, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. The right person will find satisfaction in creating order, managing systems, and ensuring that work is completed to a consistently high standard. For a candidate who demonstrates these qualities, we anticipate a move into a management role within six months. Please note, a one-day paid trial period will be part of the assessment process.
