This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and takes pride in helping people feel welcomed, seen, and cared for. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, managing bookings, coordinating salon flow, handling checkouts, and supporting both guests and stylists throughout the day. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence. You'll need to juggle tasks with ease while keeping service at the center of everything you do.
