Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays that highlight featured products and promotions. Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within jewelry or luxury goods environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques to enhance visual appeal. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients.
