As a key ambassador for our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product features, and promote responsible consumption. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry while making a positive impact on our community. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their preferences and experience levels Provide detailed product demos and educate customers about different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Operate POS systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of new or popular items Uphold compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and age restrictions Deliver excellent customer service via in-person interactions and over the phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to enhance their experience Assist with store merchandising to create attractive displays that promote featured products Support supervising staff during busy periods, helping to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store functioning Skills Proven experience with retail sales transactions using POS systems; familiarity with cash register operations is essential Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, especially related to cannabis or similar wellness products Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, stock management, and inventory counts Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management techniques Familiarity with grocery store or retail store environments enhances understanding of retail operations Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information confidently and courteously Join us as a Budtender if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, educating customers about innovative products, and thriving in a fast-paced retail setting.
