Responsibilities The Vacation Home Attendant's typical job functions include: Reviewing daily task list to prioritize tasks and determine which rooms need inspection Utilizing Springer Miller software to determine which units are accessible Inspecting rooms; assisting in reporting minor repairs and updates as needed Photographing and creating a photo log of the units and recording all inventory Assisting with departure inspections and owner arrival inspections Qualifications This position may be for you if: You are at least 18 years old You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays You possess a valid driver's license You have six months to one year related experience You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills You are organized and have a great attention to detail
