Job Description

Summary:

Come join the fun in a fast paced and wide-ranging environment. At Double JJ Resort, our retail department spreads across multiple locations over 2,400 acres! Our retail team provides guests with lasting memories, remarkable customer service, and smiles along their adventures!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions Provides exceptional customer service to all customers Assists in merchandising functions, including accurate point-of-sale (POS) system, cash and card transactions, and daily reporting Ensures the retail location adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service Ensures the daily operation of the retail location adheres to operating guidelines and procedures. Assist in any retail location, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) 16 years or older Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Flexibility to scheduling based upon business demands Basic Math Skills including addition and subtraction

Customer Service Experience Retail Experience Cash Handling Experience Teamwork and Independent Work Skills Communication Skills Starting wage: $13.73/hr
