Part-Time, approximately 30-35 hours per week

Schedule:

3-4 days per week, including

Saturday Pay:

$17 + up to $500 monthly performance bonus

401(k) plan available Job Description We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Appliance Sales Associate to join our team. Your main responsibility will be helping customers find the right appliances and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with basic daily store activities to keep the showroom organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with appliance selection. Explain product features, prices, warranties, and delivery options. Prepare quotes and process sales orders. Answer customer phone calls and customer questions. Maintain a clean and organized showroom. Assist with inventory checks and product organization. Assist customers with pickups and delivery arrangements. Accurately process customer payments and follow cash-handling procedures. Work with the team to achieve store sales goals. Perform other general store duties as needed. Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Appliance sales experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Reliable and punctual. Good communication and basic computer skills. Willing to learn about appliances and products. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Compensation & Benefits $17 per hour Up to $500 Monthly performance-based sales bonus 401(k) plan available Approximately 30-35 hours per week Schedule 3-4 days per week Saturday is required Three additional weekdays will be scheduled based on your availability and store needs.
