Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Denise Burggraff State Farm is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Moose Lake, MN to join a supportive, professional sales team. We invest in our team's success through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around growth and collaboration. Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission
