Job Description
Overview Please apply online: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality for customer service and sales with the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the store's visual appeal. Candidate must be able to lift to 50 lbs and help in the warehouse. Currently we are looking for part time only, Fridays and Saturdays only, but position can grow with the right individual Candidate must be over age 21. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with the customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Sample products Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately. Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store environment is mandatory Strong communication skills. Outgoing personality. Experience in merchandising and product stocking is a plus.
