Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of various devices and plans. Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash register handling, and processing payments accurately. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer value and store revenue. Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the retail area is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and services while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Manage inventory levels by stocking new products and conducting stock checks regularly to ensure product availability. Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to educate customers on features such as device specifications, compatibility, and troubleshooting basics. Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment involving customer interaction. Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities or team support roles. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos and explain technical details clearly.
