Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with sales transactions, manage inventory, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Schedule will be flexible and discussed during interview. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance on customer service best practices. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Timely and efficient stock management of weekly deliveries Qualifications Must be 21 Year Old or more to Apply Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
