Duties Assist customers in the store by providing knowledgeable product information, upselling options, and closing deals to meet sales targets Manage online inquiries and internet sales, ensuring timely responses and professional client communication Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and following up on inquiries Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, organizing displays, and controlling inventory to optimize sales opportunities Skills Proven experience in retail sales is highly desirable Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell products confidently Outstanding communication skills including phone etiquette, client communication, and public speaking capabilities Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing strategies and profit calculations Experience in internet sales across various platforms preferred Must be able to pass a background check

Pay:
