• Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries, pricing information, and order placement Develop and maintain strong HVAC product knowledge to provide accurate technical guidance and recommendations Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail Identify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer value Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product availability Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment with strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications •

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent Proficient computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate business software and database systems Reliable personal transportation Proven warehouse experience in shipping and receiving operations Certified forklift operation skills Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or commercial environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment •
