Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their shopping needs Operate RF scanners and other inventory management tools to accurately track stock levels Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is presented attractively and safely Handle shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, and pallet jack operation Maintain clean and organized work areas, including merchandising displays and storage zones Assist with product packaging, labeling, and basic maintenance tasks to keep the store in top condition Support inventory control efforts through regular stock checks and inventory management procedures Provide knowledgeable assistance on retail products, including produce and grocery items, to enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies and store organization initiatives Requirements Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations background preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory management, and merchandising Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while following safe lifting practices Basic math skills for retail math calculations, inventory counts, and cash register operations Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with warehouse operations or grocery store environments is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Join us as a Store Associate where your energy fuels our success!
