During our peak season, our photo lab and customer service team play a vital role in ensuring every order is fulfilled with precision and professionalism.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Seasonal Photo Lab & Customer Service Technician to assist with production, order processing, and support for clients. This hybrid role includes both hands-on photo lab duties and direct communication with customers, making it ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor photo printing and finishing equipment Review image files for quality and accuracy Assemble and package photo orders for delivery Assist customers via phone and email with order questions, corrections, and support Maintain accurate records and data entry for orders Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines Print, pack ship various products Work with various data files/formats

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability in computer systems and photo editing software (training provided) Customer service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
