Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and returns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Restock merchandise and ensure displays are visually appealing Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

Qualifications :

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Passion for coastal living and a positive attitude Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds
