Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. You'll advise students, parents, and educators on band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using strong product knowledge and consultative selling. Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS transactions, merchandising, inventory support, and meeting sales goals. You'll model outstanding service, mentor associates, and promote our lesson programs while supporting a collaborative, education-focused culture that champions music in the community.
