We are about Customer Engagement, Recycling & Proud to be a Partner in our local community. The position is Dressing Room/Inventory Associate responsibilities. Customer Engagement, manage flow of customer going into Dressing Room, prep and place new inventory onto the sales floor. To be successful is simple; customer interaction and engagement are the top priority. Secondly, demonstrate leadership and accountability to ensure all operational requirements are completed daily.

Schedule:

(2) Afternoons during the week 2:00 pm. - 5:00 pm. and every other Saturday 10:00 am. - 5:00pm. Responsibilities Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Skilled in operating personal computers. Strong interpersonal & communication skills working with a diverse group of varying size. Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment. Available to work flexible schedule days and every other Saturday. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment always. Work in partnership with the store team to achieve weekly/monthly sales goals, "Go the extra mile" to drive sales. Your opinion counts, suggest ways to improve sales/operational processes (e.g., planning marketing activities, sales/product opportunities). Some Retail/Customer Service experience important. Have fun, enjoy your time at work and inspire our customers and your other teammates. Skills Customer Service Knowledgeable of Fashion, Trends & Brands Accuracy, Efficient and Productive Basic Math skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality
