We're looking for part- and full-time Equine Retail Sales Associates to join our Swanzey, NH flagship store. Duties will include (but not be limited to): Provide personalized customer service in the store and over the phone If necessary, partner with management to ensure customers' needs are met Inform customers of current promotions Courteously handle accurate sales, refund, and exchange transactions Develop and/or maintain store displays and merchandising Desired skills and experience: 1+ year(s) equine experience 1+ year(s) sales experience in a retail environment Enthusiasm for horses, pets, and/or farm animals Friendly, with excellent communication skills Proficient computer skills Ability to troubleshoot Ability to work at least one weekend day
