Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while assisting them with their financial needs and offering our Unlimited Wash Club. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help drive sales, ensure smooth transactions, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. This paid/ commission based position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail and financial skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Learn our culture of "Experiencing the difference", while projecting that to our customers Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and performing cash management duties. Sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships with the ability to use technology to finalize sales and accounts properly Assist customers with retail sales, including product information, upselling, and closing sales efficiently. Maintain precise data entry records to ensure all transactions are correctly documented. Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, or financial inquiries with accuracy. Handle retail store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, and managing the checkout process seamlessly. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math concepts are necessary for accurate transaction processing. Ability to handle cash procedures, and processing cash transactions confidently. Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward assisting customers and supporting team goals.

$15.96 - $150.00 per hour
