Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their food orders or retail purchases in a timely manner Operate POS system clover for processing sales, cash handling, and refunds Prepare simple food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including sandwiches, snacks, or beverages Manage customer orders efficiently using food service customer order management techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas regularly Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue Handle cash register operations accurately while processing cash transactions and providing correct change Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Follow sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse clientele Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales totals accurately Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours Experience with retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and food preparation processes Knowledge of sanitation standards and maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with health regulations Join our team where your energy makes a difference!
