In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and ensure the sales floor is well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize displays effectively Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized Handle cash transactions with accuracy and proper cash handling procedures Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Assist with basic retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals Support customer service efforts by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Able to take initiative Able to stand for a long period of time Able to go up and down stairs quickly Able to bend down frequently without issue Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Experience in upselling and merchandising is advantageous Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise Able to do basic math in your head Knowledge of different chocolates is preferred but will teach but does need to be learned quickly and precisely This role offers an engaging environment where you can develop your sales expertise while providing outstanding service to our customers.
