WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is an interactive sales position focused on communication, relationship building, and professional development.

Your responsibilities include:

Meet with homeowners and introduce NTY's home improvement services Understand customer needs and communicate available solutions Work with your team in assigned markets Participate in training and apply coaching to your daily work You do not need previous sales experience to get started. NTY provides the initial training and continued coaching needed to develop your skills.
