Experience:

At least 1 year of Retail Experience At least 1 year of Cash Handling Management Experience (not required) Cannabis Knowledge (preferred)

License/Certification:

Dispensary Agent Card (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift Day Shift Mid Shift Required Skills A minimum of 1 years in a customer service role in a retail or hospitality environment Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations) A minimum of a High School diploma is required Intermediate-level math skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner Strong computer-based skills Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Personal experience with cannabis Desired Skills Analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register Experience training new hires in a previous job Experience as a key holder in a retail environment Knowledge of the states cannabis regulations 2+ years in retail About Stash Fine Cannabis Brand new Retail Dispensary opening in summer in Tonopah!
