Job Description

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. You'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using strong product knowledge to match needs and budgets. Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS transactions, visual merchandising, maintaining inventory and rental agreements, and supporting lesson enrollment. You'll collaborate with a student-focused team, engage with local schools, and help grow a mission-driven, education-oriented retail environment with opportunities to learn and advance.
