We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. The right person will love working with customers, have an interest in women's clothing and fashion , and take pride in providing exceptional service. This is a customer-service-first position . We want someone who doesn't just wait for customers to ask for help, but enjoys approaching customers, listening to what they are looking for, offering suggestions, and helping them put together an outfit they feel great wearing. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide warm, personalized service Help customers find clothing that fits their needs, style, and occasion Assist with women's fashion, apparel, and styling Make outfit and product recommendations Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Provide a positive and welcoming shopping experience Operate the POS system accurately Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory Maintain attractive displays and help with visual merchandising Work as part of a team to meet store goals Learn our merchandise and stay knowledgeable about new products The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy working with people Passionate about women's fashion and clothing A strong communicator who listens to customers Comfortable approaching customers and offering assistance Naturally helpful and service-oriented Dependable, punctual, and responsible Professional and positive A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable in a busy retail environment Interested in learning about our products and becoming a knowledgeable resource for customers Experience Previous experience in women's fashion, apparel, boutique retail, clothing sales, styling, or customer-focused retail is a plus. However, great customer service skills and the right personality are just as important as experience. We are willing to train the right person who is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. Schedule Morning and evening shifts are available.

SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.
