Job Description

Sand Castle is seeking a friendly, professional, and welcoming Lobby Hostess to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, polite attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Assist guests with basic questions and requests Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional personality Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Previous hospitality experience is a plus
