Job Description

Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll support school service programs, maintain merchandising standards, process transactions, and help meet store sales goals. The ideal candidate has retail or music industry experience, strong product knowledge, and a passion for music education and community engagement in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
