• $18/hr based on experience. Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers locate products and make recommendations to suit specific needs.
• Operate a cash register, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and restocking inventory.
• Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage inventory.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Availability on nights and weekends a MUST.
• Observe ALL laws/regulations regarding the sale of wine & spirits Experience
• Previous experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Familiarity with a point-of-sale system and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
