Full-Time | Year-Round | Southampton, NY WAVE Social Wellness is looking for someone warm, reliable and genuinely great with people to join our front desk team in Southampton. WAVE brings movement, recovery, treatments and wellness technology together under one roof. Our front desk is at the center of it all, so we're looking for someone who can make people feel welcome, keep things running smoothly and jump in wherever needed. For the right full-time candidate, this is also an opportunity to grow with WAVE. Throughout the winter, founder Lisa Zaloga will work closely with this person, providing hands-on training across the day-to-day operations of the business with the potential to step into a General Manager role in the spring . If you love wellness, hospitality and being around people - and are looking for a role you can truly grow into - you'll probably feel at home here. What you'll do You'll welcome and check in members and guests, help with bookings and scheduling, answer questions about classes and treatments, handle retail purchases, and generally make sure things are running smoothly. You'll also work closely with our instructors, practitioners and the rest of the WAVE team. Some days are busy, so being able to multitask, think on your feet and stay friendly while doing it is important. Who we're looking for Someone who is: Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to all kinds of people Reliable and punctual Organized and good at multitasking Proactive — you notice what needs to be done and do it Interested in wellness and excited to learn about what we offer Comfortable with computers, booking systems and POS systems Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, retail or customer service is a plus.
