We are looking for a friendly, dependable TEAm Member to provide great customer service, help customers discover teas they enjoy, and prepare tea based drinks at our drink bar.

Store Hours Wednesday:

12:00 PM-6:00

PM Thursday:

12:00 PM-5:00

PM Friday:

12:00 PM-5:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM-5:00

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekend availability is a must — both Saturday and Sunday. Please include your availability and class schedule (if applicable) when applying. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly service Help customers select loose leaf tea and related products Prepare drinks at the drink bar according to recipes Process customer purchases through the POS Keep the retail and drink bar areas clean, organized, and stocked Learn and stay knowledgeable about our teas and products Qualifications Reliable and dependable Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Basic math and communication skills Retail, food service, or barista experience is a plus, but not required Must be available
