Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product knowledge. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and plan options. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer value while maintaining transparency and integrity. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively to enhance store presentation. Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals with accuracy. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently. Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or store management tasks. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and cash handling. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with upselling strategies to promote additional products or services effectively.
