We are hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our Cleveland team. In this role, you'll work face-to-face with customers at partnered retail locations, helping them learn about AT&T wireless and internet services and choose options that fit their needs. This is an in-person sales position designed for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with customers, and developing their sales and leadership skills. No previous telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training in AT&T products and services, customer engagement, sales, and account support. Responsibilities Represent AT&T products and services at partnered retail locations Speak with customers about their wireless and internet needs Explain available products, services, promotions, and plan options Answer customer questions and provide accurate information Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Positive, professional, and dependable Goal-oriented and motivated to learn Able to work effectively in a team environment Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required Must be able to work in person in the Cleveland area What We Offer W-2 employment Weekly pay Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses Paid, hands-on training Full-time hours Advancement opportunities based on performance Ongoing sales and leadership development Supportive team environment Work Environment This is not a remote position.
