Responsibilities Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, including retail locations and community events, to promote our wide range of insurance products and services. Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions in property casualty, commercial, life, and health insurance. Conduct effective negotiations to close sales, ensuring customers receive optimal coverage options aligned with their needs. Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records within CRM systems, processing client documentation, and following up on leads. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding customers through the benefits of their coverage options. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding our customer base through telemarketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer groups. Not required but a plus. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, commercial insurance regulations, and benefits administration is a plus but not required. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
