Love meeting new people and introducing them to great products? Cascade Beverage is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and outgoing Brand Activation Team Members to represent our growing portfolio of premium spirits throughout Oregon. As a member of our team, you'll create memorable customer experiences by conducting liquor store tastings, supporting retail promotions, participating in community events, and educating consumers about our award-winning brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and bringing positive energy to every interaction. Every day is different—you may spend one afternoon hosting a tasting at a local retailer and another representing Cascade Beverage at a festival, special event, or our tasting room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Brand Representation:

Professionally represent Cascade Beverage and its portfolio of premium spirits at retail locations, festivals, community events, and promotional activations. Create engaging and memorable customer experiences while promoting responsible alcohol consumption. Confidently educate customers about our brands, products, tasting notes, production methods, and company story. Conduct product tastings in accordance with all OLCC regulations and Company policies.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Schedule and conduct liquor store tastings within assigned territories. Build positive relationships with retail partners, customers, and distributor representatives. Encourage product trial and educate customers on purchasing options. Gather customer feedback and marketplace insights to share with management. Support Company sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Event & Retail Support:

Assist with event setup, breakdown, merchandising, signage, and promotional materials. Ensure displays and event spaces are clean, organized, and professionally presented. Support operations within the Cascade Beverage Tasting Room, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and general housekeeping. Maintain accurate records of completed tastings, events, and promotional activities.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to execute successful brand activations. Participate in product training and ongoing education to maintain strong product knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities. Positive, professional, and outgoing personality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of customers in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including email and mobile applications. Ability to accurately handle cash transactions when assigned to tasting room operations.

Education, Experience & Certifications:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food and beverage, events, or promotional marketing is preferred but not required. Experience conducting product demonstrations, tastings, or public-facing events is a plus. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Alcohol Service Permit. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and tastings. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and transport up to 30 pounds. Ability to load, unload, and transport event materials, promotional displays, and product inventory.
