Anewalt's Landscape Contracting has been doing business in the Greater Berks area for 38 years. We are hungry for a winning year! And, we need to grow our sales team to do so. Salesperson must be persuasive and strong at negotiating. Salesperson needs to be packed with energy and embrace making cold calls.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sales; experience in the landscape industry and/or a 4 year degree in Landscape Contracting or a related field is required. Salesperson must be comfortable with being held accountable to hitting goals and achieving performance deliverables. Meet or exceed sales goals within time limits Partner with our Operations Manager to ensure a proper pass, play, and return of all work orders. Visit site during production to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction Effectively detail work orders to minimize overlooked work and maximize quality control Develop partnerships through proactive communication with clients, vendors, and team members Manage time effectively; own one's schedule Produce and follow-up on leads and generate new ones Ability to work as a team player with other members of Anewalt's Valid PA driver's license required.
