We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle selection, test drive, and purchasing processes. With an aggressive commission structure and performance bonuses, successful representatives earn $80,000+ annually, with top performers earning well into six figures.

Earnings & Compensation Target Income:

$80,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities Greet showroom guests, assist online/phone leads, and build rapport to understand their vehicle preferences and budget. Demonstrate deep product knowledge on vehicle models, features, accessories, and technology. Accompany prospective buyers on test drives and explain safety features and performance options. Negotiate sales prices, trade-in valuations, and financing/leasing options alongside the finance department. Maintain a robust customer database (CRM) to follow up with leads, manage repeat business, and generate referrals. Manage vehicle delivery to ensure customers understand operation features, warranty details, and paperwork before driving off the lot. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven track record in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality (automotive sales experience is a plus, but training is provided). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a high-energy personality and drive to meet monthly performance targets. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic computer literacy to navigate CRM software and manage digital customer inquiries.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
